Who are we?
Model Learning was established 10 years ago as a high quality provider of services and products to the education sector. Founded by Ian Harris and Oliver Caviglioli, the company has grown from small beginnings to become a leading provider of high quality training solutions for teachers, leaders, pupils and parents. Our business has three distinct divisions each with a very clear focus and main objective of providing the highest quality products and services for all our clients.
Model Learning Education
Through Model Learning Education we are the country's leading experts in the use of visual tools. We have been providing high quality training in the education sector for the past 10 years with referral being the primary source of our bookings. The core nature of our work means that everyone can benefit from our training. In the past year we have led courses to:

Model Learning Partners
MLP was established in 2006 to help successful schools bring to the wider market the systems, processes and ideas they have adopted and established that have made their schools successful.
Model Learning adopts a rigorous approach to ensure that only the highest quality solutions schools are partnered. Our approach includes:
- Evaluating the school's systems and processes
- Establishing a model that describes these systems and approaches
- Creating event presentations and materials
- Creating supporting products for sale
- Managing and running events to take solutions to market.

Model Learning Publishing
Our publishing division was established to produce high quality products and materials relevant to both MLEducation and MLPublishing.
We are producing books, CDRoms, posters and other relevant materials.
If you have a product you want created or published we would be very happy to talk to you. Our policy is to create partnerships and agreements with our authors based on rewarding authors fairly for their level of input. This distinguishes us from the standard industry flat royalty rates most established publishers are prepared to offer.
