Ian Harris, Director
Ian heads up training in the UK and Europe, leading training for educational establishments and presenting at conferences. Ian taught for 13 years before spending four years building a reputation as one of the leading trainers in the field of accelerated learning and thinking skills. Working with Oliver Caviglioli, he has co-authored 4 books on Thinking Skills. He is jointly responsible for designing the powerful, innovative and practical courses and products that Model Learning offer. Ian's drive to make Model Learning's work practical and useful is evident in all of their work.

Oliver Caviglioli , Director
Born in Algeria, represented France in athletics, special school headteacher for 10 years.Studied Accelerated Learning since the late 1970s, Neuro Linguistic Programming since 1980s and trained to lead several thinking skills programmes by international trainers. Co-authored MapWise, Thinking Skills and Eye Q, Think It Map It!, and Reaching Out To All Thinkers.Early interest in thinking skills led me onto discovering Information Architecture: how different disciplines study how humans understand and communicate information. Nicky Dyer , Office Manager, UK.
Nicky heads up our UK office and is the main point of contact for booking training, organising INSET days and distributing events literature. Previously an Office Manager for Lloyds of London she has worked for Model learning since its launch. Clients regularly comment on the high level of service that she provides.
