Day 1 of our two day 'Model Learning for Leaders' Programme 

Who is it for?

This 1 day course is for any person with leadership responsibilities or who is part of a leadership team.
We lead this course to SLT’s within schools or local authorities. We also lead at head/deputy head teacher conferences to large groups.
If you are looking for practical know-how to help you tackle the daily challenges of leadership roles then this course is for you.

 

What is it about?
This course teaches a radically simple approach to improving your performance in all your leadership tasks and responsibilities. Using model maps, you will learn the critical importance of organizing your thoughts and thinking to enhance all areas of your leadership role. You will learn how to expertly construct and utilize model maps in designing and communicating visions, handling negotiations, planning, reviewing, communicating.
