Who is it for?

This course is the follow to our Headwise 1 course and is for those delegates who want to extend their mastery of visual tools to further enhance all facets of their leadership performance.

 

What is it about?

Building on the skills acquired in Headwise 1, delegates will learn how to use a set of additional visual tools and build on those model mapping skills developed earlier.

 

What will I get out of it? 

You will leave this course competent in the use of seven visual tools.
An extended mastery in the skill of model mapping.
Clear experience in how these tools can be used in your normal daily tasks to enhance your leadership performance.
You will leave knowing which tool to use and when, to solve a particular problem, challenge or task.
Precise knowledge and understanding of the four core modes of thinking for leaders.
