Who is it for? 

This course is for any parent, carer or relative who wants to be able to support their children in their learning at home.

What is it about?

Firstly it’s important to say that this course is not about becoming an expert in the curriculum.
It is about giving participants a direct route to their children’s learning and understanding. Dialogue and co-operation are key planks of this practical approach, which is taught methodically in this one day course.

Participants will gain an understanding of how and what their children learn and strategies to positively influence this.
An understanding of how children organize their thoughts for successful learning and techniques to help improve this organization.
Methods for directly helping their children with revision and memory.
